Peter Bell

During the course of my career, thirty years and counting, I have strived to bring ideas that are both creative and strategic to all brands that I touch with the goal of being a brand steward to their audiences and a partner to the brands with whom I work side by side with.

I have brought amazing energy to both national and international brands and have helped them develop a deeper relationship with their target audiences resulting in incredible successes for these brands which have included: Lakefront Brewery, Gary Fisher Bikes, Trek Bicycles, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Harley’s Owner Group, Polaris Snowmobiles, JanSport Daypacks, Famous Footwear, PGA Tour Superstores, Snap-on Tools and NASCAR to name a few.

Through the years, I have been privileged to earn both national and international recognition for my work in advertising and design from such fine institutions as Communication Arts, Graphis, The One Show, Print Regional Design, HOW Design International Awards, Step Design 100 Showcase, MKE 99s and even Dirt Rider magazine (for Product of the Year).

My primary focus is to oversee all creative and brand work for the agency. I have created, directed, guided and produced successful campaigns integrating broadcast, print, radio, experiential, environmental, event-based, out-of-home, digital and social mediums.

• Manage creative staff, including three creative director-levels and a creative staff that consists of fourteen full-time creatives — copywriters, art directors and production artists — along with a network of freelancers depending on workloads.
• Orchestrate mentoring and career development efforts for staff.
• Serve on Senior Leadership team responsible for agency's fiscal and operational accountabilities. 

It has been my good fortune to have worked with a caliber of folks that have been both talented and unrelenting in their quest to do the very best work possible. I have learned much from all of these folks that I have worked along side with, and work hard to carry forward their legacies to the next group of talented young women and men in hopes that I will have left this world a bit better than I have found it.
